"FHIA replaced 17 windows and my front door with a side light. I rate them #3, because for the most part the project is getting done; however, the project started in April of 2025...due to factory corrections that were required. We're still waiting on them to finish and have the inspection done. I've already started making payments on this project with the hope they'll finish soon. There were hiccups with installation from the startup and ongoing with the various teams that would show up either with the wrong equipment or lacking what was needed to complete the job. Continue to find screws in my driveway after every visit. On the last visit my camera caught the team dumping their uneaten lunch scraps on my front lawn. If they would have asked there's a compost bin in the back they could have used for that. Because of these hiccups and various others incidents that occurred in addition to the length of time this project is taking to complete I rate them #3. I'll upload photos later."

"Not the Quality or Professionalism Promised I hired White Glove Painting expecting a high level of professionalism and craftsmanship based on their marketing and initial presentation. Unfortunately, my experience did not match those expectations. Communication became inconsistent after the project began. There were delays and issues that were not clearly explained, and I often had to follow up myself for updates. For a company that promotes ?white glove? service, I expected better coordination and transparency. The quality of work did not meet the standard I was promised. There were areas that required touch-ups and corrections, and attention to detail was lacking in several places. When concerns were raised, the response did not feel proactive or solution-oriented. Pricing was also on the higher side compared to market alternatives, and based on the final result, I do not feel the value matched the cost. "Design of bedroom closet system went well. I evaluated California Closets and Able Closet. Price and quality were very close. I close Able because they are local and I like to support local businesses. Installation went well. Recently the hamper broke free from the door. I was surprised to see four small 1/2 screws held hamper to door and would certainly break with a load of clothes. I called and left a message. No response. Four days later I called again. No response. So a week later I went to their sales office and met with the gentleman responsible for Design and Engineering. He committed that someone would be in touch to resolve this issue. Several weeks later no call or response. I have had to put a thru bolt on the cabinet so my clothes are not laying on the floor for over a month. I am really disappointed in their after sales service and would not use them gain for this reason."
