"Trevenzoli Pool Services changed two drains in our pool, installed new tiles in the pool and spa, built a sun shelf, and provided the diamond brite. The company did a decent job on the pool-my main complaint with the job was that they work a little sloppy (leaving out supplies, tracking in mud, not closing door, etc). After the pool was completed, of course we paid him in full. Thats where things changed...we found that there was some construction glue on some new tiles and after numerous phone calls/messages/emails to the owner, Gabriel, he finally answered me by text message only to answer my question as to whether I could scrap on new tiles. A few more weeks went by and we noticed our pool was leaking somewhere. We contacted Gabriele by phone, text, email, and after SEVERAL DAYS AND SEVERAL ATTEMPTS, he finally responded by text only (again). He sent someone to look at the leak, and he did find a leak. We were told the main drain pipe was leaking, below the main drain cap, which they did replace. They told me they capped the main drain and not to use it. I asked him who will fix the leak and he said it wasn't their responsibility-all they did was replace the main drain cap. So our pool never leaked before it was remodeled, and once they remodeled it and changed the drain, it leaked and they won't fix it. Now I have to seek legal action because we do not have a five year warranty. I wanted to share my experience with this pool company. The owner is nice while you owe him money but once he messes up your pool, he wont fix it."

"Buyer Beware! Owner came to house and sold us. We explained we need HOA approval before we can move forward, So don’t do anything. His short term memory doesn’t remember that conversation. We even have a witness. He deposits our check. HOA does not approve the screen and we want our deposit back. He says too late, he already made the screen, which we told him don’t do. Too bad he says , I already made the screen and put you in the line for installation. We gave him $1000 deposit. (nowhere does it say nonrefundable) He says I’ll give you half back when he clearly is at fault DON’T DO BUSINESS WITH LONNIE AT COOL BREEZE."

"Once Mr Lionel Thomas is the home inspector your in great hands !!! He’s a straight shooter 1000% !!!! If Lionel recommend checking for termites and basil send you someone get the report insist on seeing it before your closing!!! Theses are brand new showers ! water leaking under the sink and they put a T-shirt under after 3 months 3 weeks don’t take any advice from basil. His intention I think is good buy at the end of the day I’m paying for a service not empty words and unprofessional work ! He’s a smooth talker that will cost you stress and more money in the end !"
