"Everything about my experience with Outdoor Solutions was positive. Jim was very easy to work with, flexible, and timely in his response to my questions. I was very appreciative that his company was willing to take on a smaller deck repair job. I had contacted at least 6 other companies over the last year, looking for someone willing to come out and fix two deck posts that were heaving out of the ground and pushing up one corner of my deck. Most companies refused to even call me back, and the others were not willing to look at my problem unless I wanted a complete tear-down and rebuilding of my deck. It seems that most companies don't want anything to do with customers who won't or can't spend $30,000 or more on a project, so I was thrilled that Jim was willing to have someone from one of his crews come work on my deck. In my opinion, he did the work of a 2-man crew and worked until everything was perfect. He took pride in his work and was very detail-oriented. In addition, he was very friendly, courteous, professional, and hard-working. I am now able to enjoy my deck for the rest of the summer. (Three small holes for eight lights in our kitchen- not bad.) "Scott did an amazing job on our fence repair. Our wooden fence had some rotting posts and the fence was falling in as a result. Scott took out the rotting posts and replaced them with new ones. He cut the old posts into pieces so they would be ready to put out for trash pick-up. We had ropes holding up the fence, and he and his team removed those as part of the job. He is very service-oriented and did very high quality work!"

The pendant lights were a nightmare for the journeyman. Took him all day and he felt badly about the high bill as a result. The previous owner got creative in how they created the soffit which resulted in the electrician constantly running into unexpected barriers. The electrician persevered though and figured it out. "I had an old 50-inch plasma (10 years old) mounted over my fireplace that finally died.  I replaced it with a new 55-inch flat screen.  I needed someone to take down the old one, mount the new one, and connect it (wires in the wall) to all my AV equipment in a built in cabinet.  Rob was the PERFECT choice! He was available when I needed him.  He was on time! He was quick! He explained what he was doing! He shared with me options I had for wiring! He gave suggestions! He cleaned up! And he even came back a couple of days later when I decided to add one more component (and needed a bit of help running those wires behind the wall)! He's a professional and a pleasure to work with.  I highly recommend him, and will be sure to call on him again should I need any other services he provides."

"Montgomery responded to a small "emergency" situation. We had a problem with a kitchen light that needed electrical expertise. A do it yourself fix was not possible. This was just days before a major holiday party. We called Montgomery and they sent an expert electrician to the house, fixed the problem within an hour and installed a new J-box and light fixture.
