Phone calls were responded to as if the company would be out to fix the problem, but they never came after multiple requests over 7 weeks' time. In addition, surplus heavy supplies were dumped on our property and left for us retirees to lift and remove from a difficult area instead of them removing their surplus supplies themselves. We had paid additional fees of $400.00 for help removing other items from the property. They knew this was a problem for us."

I canâ t wait to get the arbor built and have it installed. I also asked about a small handrail for my porch, and they built that too, installed it on the porch, and cleared out all debris.
