"He came out promptly after calling him. I'm a single woman with two children and I don't know all that much about flooring. He asked a lot of questions to make sure he understood what I wanted and then very patiently answered all my questions (I had a lot of questions). He described all the different types of flooring available to me in my price range and the pros and cons of each style. He was very easy to talk to, explained everything in detail and was very knowledgeable. <br /> He gave me my estimate and started working on them the following Monday. He finished my kitchen floor the first day and finished the living room/hallway floors the next day. The third day he installed the base boards and other items. I am so very happy with how quickly it came together and what a wonderful job he did. My floors look so good now!! I was also very surprised that a week after installation, he called to make sure I was happy with the work done. I appreciate that type of follow up. I will definitely be using him for any future projects! <br />"
