The last hard freeze we had, my laundry room pipe burst due to freezing.  He was able to quickly help us get control of th situaion and repair our pipe. On another occassion, he was able to help us when our icemaker water line began leaking while we were away on vacation.  He came to our house after hours, and with the help of a neighbor, he was able to stop the leak and fix the situation for us.  We always call this plumber for any work we need big or small.  He has our highest recommendation!  He is polite, punctual, and extremel knowledgeable.  The only drawback is that he is well known for being the best, and is therefore in high demand.  He's worth caling, though, because he always looks for a way to get emergency situations under control quickly, and if he has to plan a time to come, his time estimates are extremely accurate.  He'll be there when he tells you he will be there! <br />"
