"They were supposed to put on a new roof. They did but it leaked. It took forever to get them to come out and look at it. When they did they took a tube of silicon caulk and said they just had to recall the venting tubes. That did not work. They came out again with their crew to fix it properly. This is 3 weeks later. They then had to find someone to fix the ceiling and walls in our daughters room. Each time they say they will call to schedule the work and never call back. We have to call then we get the run around. Our daughter has asthma and can not sleep or use the room because it smells like mold. To this date, it has not been fixed! Can not recommend them."

The repair team that showed up was unprepared and had to use my tools all day. Had to babysit these guys to make sure I got good work. Now, Phillip Martinez refuses to answer my calls when the situation still hasn’t been rectified. If you already bought a roof from this company I highly recommend getting in your attic and checking your decking. These people give new meaning to the word unethical."

At the time I got the estimate I was informed that Scott Allen was backed up with projects and the wait to have my roof repaired would be considerable but having read good things about them I was willing to wait. Once their calendar was cleared they called and set up a day and time that they would start. A crew of four arrived promptly on the assigned day and set to work. They were the hardest working foursome I have ever witnessed! In two days they completely removed all the old shingles and black paper, re-nailed all the original wood decking, installed new black paper and new shingles. They showed up on Monday Morning did a complete tear off, replaced the plywood which was all soft due to many hurricanes and had the metal on and completed by the end of the day.
