"I started this process in August, and the work was performed in October. There was a delay in the material being received from the manufacturer, maybe due to the hurricane. I don't know. However, my contact person kept in contact with me and left messages as to the status of my order. He kept me informed. Due to my work schedule, I was unavailable during the week, and an installer came on a Saturday to do the work. He worked most of the day. My wood floor is beautiful. He did a great job. I think the installer took pride in his work. I sure am glad he took his time and ensured his measurements and cuts were correct."

"Called Allred's Performance Plus approximately 3 weeks before actual work was performed. Spoke to a nice lady and told her what I wanted done. She asked me the size of my rooms which of course is a little difficult to do without measuring them but I pretty much knew so I gave her the sizes of the bedrooms but didn't know the size of the living room or dining room but did know the total sq ft of my house which I gave her. So she then gave me a quote of $310 and said she was sending me an email which would have a $10 coupon I could use so my cost would then only be $300. Plus she gave me a detailed description of what they would do for that quote. So based on the wonderful reviews, what I could expect to be done and the price I decided to let them clean my carpet so I set up a date to have the work performed. The day before I also called to confirm my appointment. As promised Josh and his helper Travis arrived on time. Josh then proceeded to go through each room, I thought he was looking at the carpet to see what had to be done and if there were any issues we needed to be pointed out, but instead he was using a laser type measuring tape to measure the square footage of each of my rooms. Then he proceeds to tell me my cost is no longer $310 but $386 less the $10 coupon because my square footage is larger then what was quoted. I felt like saying well part of that square footage does have furniture on it Josh and why am I now being charged more after been given a quote already. Plus I found it funny that the email I was sent had this funny blog about don't you hate it when you are given a quote and the company comes it and all of a sudden they add more money to your bill. I should have kicked him out of my house at that point but I needed my carpets cleaned so I agreed to the price. Yes, They did a good job, carpets are clean and hopefully they still look this good after 30 days. We had to move our car out of our driveway to let them move their truck closer to our house and when they left we noticed 3 large oil stains in are very nice clean driveway. My husband tried to remove the stains but unfortunately they did not come out. So now I not only paid $76 more for work performed that I wasn't counting on, plus I gave the guys each a $10 tip I have 3 horrible looking oil stains in my driveway. I know I should call and complain but I am sure someone will say something like I bet those stains were already there. <br /> <br /> UPDATE:  I received a phone call from Allred's a couple days after posting my review with an apology about the oil stains left by their service truck. They sent someone out to my home and attempted to remove the oil stains by first cleaning them with some type of oil stain remover followed by kitty litter. We were told to leave the kitty litter on the stains for a day but we decided to leave it on for several days. Then after cleaning off the kitty litter we were very surprised to see that the stains were gone. I would like to thank Allred's for taking care of this so promptly. I will more then likely use their service again in the future but will definitely make sure someone comes to my home first to give me an actual visual estimate and not one over the phone."
