"From the start, Tom was very responsive and communicated very well.  He had great ideas for our yard but also listened to our ideas as well.  After coming up with a plan and a price estimate, we signed the contract and started finalizing the details. Tom really went the extra mile to make sure that the products we were choosing were what we wanted and even came back to the house multiple times to review details before ordering the stone.  One of the best things that Tom did was to show us how some different options would change the costs, because it let us choose which "extras" we wanted to pay extra for.  
Once the materials arrived (the stone had to be custom ordered), the work was scheduled and started on time.  Tom and his crew were prompt and worked hard to get the job done once it was started.  There were a couple of very minor weather delays, but those were completely understandable given the rains we have had this spring, and Tom stayed in close communication the entire time.
We will certainly use Signature Landscape Design again if we add more landscaping/hardscaping to the back yard in the future, and I will be recommending them to our friends and family as well."

"Bri-Co Construction was the lowest bidder out of 4 total bids.  Working with Harold Sinn of Bri-Co was an extremely pleasureable experience.  He explained the process from start to finish before he started the work and responded to any concerns I had during the work.  He never failed to immediately return any calls I made or emails I sent asking questions.  I am not a retaining wall specialist but I must say that the end result is absolutely beautiful.  I will call them again when needed and will recommend them to any friends or relatives that ever need their services. "
