Quote was quite a bit higher than I expected, but I learned from neighbors that chain link fence costs for small jobs are quite high (based on their experience with quotes for small chain link fence jobs). Very professional, high quality work. They were able to fit me in pretty quickly (just a couple weeks compared to 6-12 weeks with other companies). Highly recommend."

"Time consuming but worth it. They understood Ann Arbor's local ordinances better than any other bidder, and were the most competitive bidder (if not by much, but they still were the lowest bidder). They made multiple trips to ensure the estimate was accurate and took pains to find a fencing solution that would comply with Ann Arbor's convoluted rules, yet be both functional and aesthetic. Multiple install trips as well, to deal with tree removal issues and weather problems. Final installed fence is beautiful. We likely will follow up because the locks installed on the two gates installed are proving difficult to manage, but I fully expect this issue to be resolved satisfactorily. (We have not yet contacted them about this, so it's not their fault that this issue remains unresolved - it's been a complicated year for us and, having worked with them, we trust in their ability to resolve this concern later. If we are wrong about this, we'll follow up on our review.) We found Upright Fence through Angie's List, and it was a good recommendation. We would do it all again exactly as it happened if given the option. We are so relieved to have the old, collapsing wooden fence removed and a new, vinyl fence - properly installed along the lot boundaries. Our thanks to the Upright team...we can understand why they've been in business so long. Experience does indeed count for something."

Ken is very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. </p> <p>The crew who installed our fence were exceptional. They were friendly, thoughtful and let us know at the end of the first day when they would be returning. It is a very large backyard and took 2 days for the fence to be installed and then a few hours a third day installing the gates and post caps. When the guys realized on the second day that where we wanted to end the fence on the one side would not look right, they promptly asked us about our opinion and we heard more than one time and quot;you're the customer, whatever you wantand quot;. We ended up moving the one side back a few feet and Ken adjusted the pricing - no hassles. After the job was completed, we noticed that we didn't get the post caps that we had originally wanted and called Ken who said and quot;No problem, we will send someone out to take care of it right awayand quot;. And that is EXACTLY what happened. We have a beautiful fenced in backyard and a very pleasant experience with Rafab and would advise anyone needing a fence to call them for a truly quality experience from start to finish.</p> <br />"

"Many years ago my late husband worked for a fence company, so I know all the problems that customers can face, and the excuses they can be given. I was in town for a limited amount of time (3 weeks), and yet they managed to complete the entire job in plenty of time. All the workers- on the ground, salesman, and woman in the office were so very helpful and professional. When I had to call back to get the gate adjusted, they were back out here the next day. Neighbors have already said how nice it looks. "Owner Mark Hajec with his company Mustang Fence is upfront, personable and professional, provides top notch service with total quality, exceeded our expectations, is honest and reasonably priced.  Mustang Fence has done exactly what they said they'd do, for the price they quoted (saving us a lot of money) and exactly in the time frames they provided.  It's been a joy to work with Mark for the fencing that we've put in.  We highly recommend Mark and Mustang Fence.  <br /> Two years ago, when we needed a fenced in backyard for our dogs, Mark suggested that we put in a black fence with gates for our backyard and he was exactly right - the fencing blends in perfectly with our yard and foliage.  It looks fantastic.   <br /> This year we were having problems with our dogs running along a section of the fence and getting into wild barking fits with our neighbors dogs.  The racket was unbearable and occurred many times per day.  I talked with Mark and asked for suggestions and help.  He suggested a simple inexpensive opaque screen along that section instead of spending a lot of money on a permanent privacy fence which I had thought would be the way to go.  Mark was absolutely right, the opaque screen works perfectly since the dogs can no longer see each other.  The barking issue was solved.  Doing it this way saved us close to a thousand dollars.   <br /> This is our first review and we have been delighted with the quality and service from Mustang Fence. <br />"

"On 9/15/14, upon my initial call to Mr. Fence for a quote for about 25 ft wide 4 ft high chain-link fence repair/installation at my residence, I was informed by the office that I would receive a follow up call within 2-3 business days from a salesman to set up an on-site visit for a quote.  As promised, two days later I received a phone call from Gordon and we set up an agreed upon time and date.  When Gordon visited the home on 9/26, he evaluated the entire back yard to assess the status of the existing chain-link fence.  He called me and discussed his assessment and recommendations, which included considering a 5 ft wide gate if any lawn service was performed at my residence so that their equipment could enter as well as a small area of top rail that was damaged.  I was highly appreciative because I did have lawn service that would have to access the back yard.  I received a written quote from the office a few days following the on-site visit.  The office was wonderful in providing me a few different quotes assuming modified scope of services.  I ended up agreeing to the whole scope of services offered.  I was impressed not only with the great service between sales and the office, but the price was very reasonable compared to the comps I received as it was lower than Lowe's and another fencing company I had engaged for a quote.  Upon signing and mailing the contract to Mr Fence, I asked that I be called prior to the scheduled service date, as I wanted to make sure lawn care was coordinated with the project and concrete setting requirements.  The office gave me that courtesy which I highly appreciated and they performed the work as promised in one day on 10/14/15.  The new chain link gate, fence, and repair work was superb!  I would definitely work with them again in the future and would highly recommend them.  Thank you Mr. Fence! <br />"
