"Rob was great throughout the whole process. He installed a dining room chandelier (77 lbs), three kitchen pendant lights, a new ceiling light, and a bathroom light fixture. All came out great, exactly as we wanted. Everything is aligned and level. I noticed he would double and triple check how high the lights were hung and made sure they were to our specifications. When one pendant light was slightly off, he took the time to adjust it. Rob is very professional and kind. He will listen to your questions and perform the work exactly as you specify. "Victor at AVD Electric came out and thoroughly checked out the electric panel. He corrected loose connections and the condition of all circuit breakers. Victor turned all the house lights on and turned on major appliances, and then waited to see if there were power issues. There were not so he concluded that the issue was resolved. "Fantastic! A week before the appointment, Andrew called me to discuss what I needed done. I explained everything and he said that all of the work could probably be done within the time period covered by the offer. We scheduled an appointment and Andrew appeared as scheduled. He and his assistant went right to work on each of the matters and I could not be more delighted with the work that they did. Andrew determined that two of my lighting fixtures could not be repaired due to the nature of their construction, but he made that determination only after taking each fixture apart, analyzing the problems, and spending significant time trying to repair each of them. Not only did Andrew do everything he said he would do, he also supplied a new outlet to replace a defective one and installed a ceiling cap to cover the space left as a result of the temporary removal of an exterior fixture. "It went great -- we received an estimate and purchased the smoke alarms and lights we needed. We then contacted the business to schedule a time when the work would be completed. John was on time, professional, and very helpful. We had a wiring issue after having some AC work done near one of the smoke alarms, and he explained to us that it would be wise to replace the smoke alarms (they are hard-wired in).
