"From start to finish the whole process was painless. The sales rep was both patient and professional, presenting all our options and answering all of our questions. We didn't feel rushed or high pressured in any way. The installation timeline he gave us was right on schedule. We were very impressed with the installers who arrived on time, worked efficiently, put down tarps in front of each window opening and vacuumed the area when finished.
