"I needed to replace my home's original deck. A friend recommended Jim Pull with Premier Exteriors, so I had Jim out for a consultation and estimate. I'll say right away that Jim has a kind and gentle personality, and he struck me as being very honest. Once we settled on a design, Jim sent me a quote with digital drawings and a fair price. Once we gave the go-ahead, Jim took it from there. They kept me updated as to the status of the city permits, as Omaha was backlogged. The crew performed their work in a timely and professional fashion. They were very respectful, personable, dedicated, and their workmanship is top notch, as is the quality of the materials. I am very pleased with my larger, beautiful, and SOLID new deck! I'm also extremely pleased with Jim and the crew at Premier Exteriors! I would definitely hire them again for future projects. I couldn't be more pleased or impressed with this company."

"I hired heartland to maintain my yard using there 6 step service. After the 1st year my crabgrass was awful so I called and complained. They said I need to give it at least 2 years for results. Now after year 2 it looks the exact same as when I did not have the service. I have called multiple times throughout the year to have them come out and spray again. My grass now has dead spots and still more crabgrass growing underneath it and in many new spots. I called again to ask them to waive the last bill as I am cancelling and do t feel I should have to pay since their service is not working. They said they could have someone come out to fix areas again. I said “no” as I’ve given them multiple opportunities already. They would not waive the last bill. I do not recommend this company and there quote to “service the customer and make them happy is NOT a true”."

"I made an appointment with Arbor Aesthetics Tree Service to obtain a free quote for tree trimming and general health inspection of the trees. Scheduling was very easy and they fit me in right away. A certified arborist showed up on time and did a thorough inspection of my trees. He provided a detailed estimate on the spot and explained the issues he spotted (e.g., squirrel damage, rust/anthracnose, fungus, insect activity, etc.). Their estimate for tree trimming was about half as much as two other competitors. Their estimate for foliar spray for rust/anthracnose was comparable to two other competitors. They were able to schedule the tree trimming within a week of me calling. They scheduled the 3 foliar spray treatments based on the flowering lifecycle of my crabapple trees. They didn't need me to be home when they performed the services but they left a card on my door and emailed me to let me know the work had been completed. When they completed tree trimming, they did a good job cleaning up. They provide for payments to be made electronically, which I remitted once the work was completed. The company also provided a comment card and follow-up telephone to ensure I was satisfied with the work completed. Overall, I find the company to be transparent/honest, professional, and committed to customer satisfaction. They are now my go-to when I need any work done on my trees."
