"I like they are a local family company; I was most impressed with their approach of pre-treating my home BEFORE termites were found. I bought a home built in 1964 in 2019 as the second owner. Their product makes sense-don't wait until you have termites, prevent them. No trenches, not baiting (who puts bait to attract termites-seems silly if you've never had them). Fast application, and they do a great job of insect prevention (no roaches, ants, nothing with their prevention). No fuss, no mess-dogs and family are safe-the termite prevention product is amazing-do the research it has 15+ years in the market and 'just makes sense'-prevention! Ask questions on the annual inspection fee and what it covers-there are no surprises if you ask all your questions up-front."

"Quentin was very knowledgeable and courteous. He listened to my concerns and used his knowledge to set traps as needed. When I needed him to come back, he did so as soon as he could. "We had a roofing company come and patch the hole. The gentleman came though and crawled in the attic and looked to see if the squirrel was there and he saw no evidence. He was very helpful and didnâ t charge us. He also recommended someone to help with our groundhog problem. I will call him again if I ever need him."

"SAPC contacted me immediately via text late at night on a week night after using Home Advisor to offer a FREE inspection of the mole problem that I had in both my front and back yards. Scott came to our house, spoke to my finace' (I was at work) and not only identified the problem but told us how to fix it and said we didn't necessarily need to hire him. Between that incredible honesty and respect, and my lack of time to fix the problem, we hired Scott and he came back a couple of days later to fix our issue. 10/10 would recommend this group. Hard to find companies doing business this way these days."
