"The pest control is effective."

"This year I used ABC Humane Wildlife Control & Landmark Pest Mgt to have some birds humanely removed from my house. Everyone I dealt with — from scheduling to the service techs on-site — was nice, attentive, and professional, and each step was explained thoroughly so I always knew what was happening. This isn't the first time I've used them — in the past they helped with a raccoon issue too. They set up traps, and whenever I found one had caught a raccoon the next morning, I'd call and they'd come by promptly to safely remove it. Consistently great experience both times."

"Very knowledgeable guy who seem to know what he’s doing. Don’t know results of spraying. Have had much rain since. Will have to see if it worked. Terminex will spray again the beginning of next month."

"I like that we did not have to sign a contact in order to have the service preformed. Keith was professional and followed up prior to stopping by. He explained what he was doing and how it would help with the current ant situation along with other pests that could find their way in."

"It was very considerate of Jon to call and say that he was going to be late due road conditions (it was pouring on Saturday).  I didn't mind because anyway they had given me an ETA between 0900am - 1100am.  I had mentioned in my communication with Sergio that the wasps' nest was situated on the mesh screen in the skylight above my garage, but I guess no one told Jon.  In any case, Jon went up on the roof and tried to access the mesh, but could not.  Instead he sprayed inside the skylight and down into the mesh.  I asked him to also spray around my sliding patio door because bees somehow found a way to enter my house.  Jon pointed out that there were holes in the brick wall where they made their nests.  He sprayed inside the holes and filled them with a spongy metal material.  I could see the effects immediately, as some bees tried to return to the nest but now could not.  All in all, very good service and Jon is a very polite, well-mannered young man.  I will use them again if I have any pests problems in the future.

"They're not one of those companies that spray everything in sight. They were very good and very polite. We got their name from a neighbor who's also been satisfied. Everything worked out with them. They tried to locate the problem, which was ants. They wanted to find the problem, and they used materials that were safe around pets and kids. The price was reasonable."

"Updated: 2017-05-11
Greenix has called and resolved this situation to my satisfaction. They have proven quite thoroughly that they care about their company's integrity and the customer service provided by it's agents. I have revised my initial grading accordingly.

Original Review:
I canceled my first appointment with Greenix Pest Control after waiting 45 minutes past the scheduled time and two phone calls ending up in their voicemail. The new customer coupon and great Angie's List rating (at the time) was tempting enough to bite. Now I read their Facebook page and apparently this is a long standing issue with them. I definitely do NOT recommend wasting your time with this company. Their FB page also lists complaints of being charged even when no service was provided; that better not happen here!"

"From sales, termite application, and pest control Price Termite & Pest Control where professional and friendly. I was able to watch the treatments and they were exactly what was explained to me in my first meeting - no deviation or shortcuts. I highly recommend this company"
