"Trap snapped 2 hours after he left. Unfortunately it didn’t kill instantly and I had to finish the job as both my husband and exterminator not present. Had to put poor critter out of its misery. We are city folks living in country for first time and have a lot to learn. Yet very efficient company that uses traps and chemistry nontoxic to environment and my animals. We also have wasp and ant problems to be addressed later in year. Have great confidence they will help."

"Owner Tim personally handled our problem from start to finish, and wonderfully so. His commitment to excellence and integrity is among the best we've ever seen! Very experienced. Very honest. Very thorough. Very kind! He not only takes care of the issue but proactively follows up in person regularly to make certain that the issue is not only completely resolved but also that the structure is adequately secure so that it will not happen again. Arrives spot on time, every time. I cannot imagine hiring anyone else to handle our pest control needs. Thanks, Tim!"

"Very knowledgeable guy who seem to know what he’s doing. Don’t know results of spraying. Have had much rain since. Will have to see if it worked. Terminex will spray again the beginning of next month."

"Cyrus Neil was tech today and did great job. He even sprayed my hanging plant as he saw it was dying, my services today were dewebbing around the eaves, windows, doors, gutters, and j-rail. checked your bait stations, sprayed along the foundation, windows, doors, and gutters to create a barrier that will help keep pest out of and off your home. Great job"

"Great. Get smart way surpassed my previous pest control company’s knowledge base. He uses science based methods, not just outdated routines and chemicals which other companies employed to no avail."

"Awesome experience. Micheal really knows his stuff and I am confident my ant problem will go away very soon. He uses odorless products so my little dog and I are not breathing in awful fumes and his products are safe, too. I have a friend who recommended him and she has six dogs. She was extremely satisfied with Micheal's work and so am I. It certainly is nice to have someone who is willing to listen to what you need to tell them about your specific problem and Micheal is very attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. I absolutely recommend Banish Pest Control for all your "pest" needs. I also like that this is a locally owned business and they don't try to lock you into long-term contracts like many companies do. If I could give him 10 stars I would; this was a wonderful experience and I don't feel he took advantage of me because I am a single female living alone. I wish this company only the best. Thanks sooo much."

"We had an issue with interior ants and random spiders. Called Pointe Pest Control , got a quick appointment , Mike came out and did treatment both of the inside of house and exterior. He also placed a couple of ant traps on counters. Two days later zero ants and haven’t seen any spiders . Great Co! Courteous , professional, safe product, quick response, excellent results. Highly recommend!"

"We needed more data as to whether we had bedbugs, so we hired a canine search which indicated that we did not. The problem turned out to have a medical explanation and not a vector problem. My advice is to use everything possible to decide if the problem is really bed bugs. A well trained dog is close to 90% accurate, and add that to physical evidence, i.e., feces stains which are brown, looking in the seams of your mattress, and on your bed frame is important. There are many pictures of evidence online, so do your homework first, then the canine, then the estimates. Try not to panic. The idea of bedbugs is extremely disconcerting and emotional. It is not a disease of unkempt and unclean people. It is becoming more widespread. So try to separate yourself from the image, and think clearly and read reliable websites. Here is the result of our research. You need to educate yourself first, so that you know which questions to ask. Do not forget about using a trained dog. See my review of a canine under "Pest Control.""
