As it turns out, I will repair the existing wood fence and in the future the Renton School District (my neighbor) will install a new 6 ft high chain link fence at this location, per their specs, thus alleviating a need on my part to build the new fence. A new elementary school will soon be built at the property adjacent to my location."

"It took a long time to get the project done but that was not on nice View Fence. after we agreed on a start date it was brought to my attention of the issues for installing the black chain-link at the rear of my acre which backed to a greenbelt. That caused a delay which was on me. I got the area cleared and rescheduled.
