"Evergreen Cleaning Air, during duct, chimney, and furnace cleaning services performed at my property on March 17, 2026. During your service, soot and debris were released throughout my home, affecting every room. This is not consistent with proper industry standards. This company?s actions caused widespread property damage. After I contacted them, the business owner returned and cleaned only two basement rooms and refused to address the remaining contamination, including the furnace area. I was also subjected to inappropriate remarks, including being told that I am ?an old lady,? which demonstrates a lack of professionalism and exploitation of the situation. I also want to emphasize the significant physical and emotional toll this situation has caused me. I spent 10 full consecutive days cleaning my house. Do not use this company. They are a crammer!!! I am taking legal actions against them."
