From the very start we were impressed with how open, honest and responsive Vic Johnson was, a trend that continued throughout our project. As you might imagine, a significant remodel and addition to a 60-year old home is likely to bring with it surprises and our remodel was no exception. Despite the many challenges encountered, Johnson and Son and their subcontractors readily overcame them. Among the many lessons we learned during our remodel was the value of quality subcontractors. Vic's relationship with his subs in some cases extend more than a decade and the depth of these relationships was reflected by the quality and timeliness of their work. After our dishwasher leaked and ruin our floor, we had hired another a contractor to remodel our kitchen but found that he did not want to do because to him it was too small of a job. So, I found GASHIN EMPIRE LLC on Angie. He came out and looked at it and said that he would do it. He is very open, honest, he gave me a clear schedule and he was able to accommodate our needs. After waiting 4 months for our kitchen to get done he did it in 4 weeks. It is beautiful and all our guests just love what he has done. I would absolutely hire him again in the future."
