He explained everything in detail and answered back to our questions quickly. The back second story deck was taken down to the frame and a new deck built. A brand new deck was added to the front entry. They also painted the outside and inside of the house. They installed a railing in the living room. Everything was done quickly and looks great. We also had them do the work that the buyers asked for (roof ridgecap vent, chimney, and bathroom vents). Their work passed the buyers contractor's inspection report. I would recommend them for all your home projects. You will not be disappointed!!"

"Why can we only leave a 5 star rating? Christopher and crew exceeded our expectations for our restoration project. Our project was to replace the decorative wrap on the 16 foot support columns on the entrance porch at the front of our house. The original wrap was 20 years old and parts had begun to rot. During the bid process Christopher suggested that we replace the wooden wrap with a Hardy plank type material that would last longer than wood. (the original wood wrap was painted). During the removal of the original wrap we noticed that the wrap framing was fairly lightweight, just enough to give the wrap something to be nailed to. Christopher removed the lightweight framing and installed a stronger frame. The new wrap that was installed looks considerably better and richer. The attention to detail, down to the router work on decorative panels, is impressive. Christopher was very responsive to our questions and every day they left the worksite spotlessly clean. "

Andrey the main person was knowledgeable about the work but a little scattered on the paperwork, much better in person and technical aspects. The price was reasonable. The workmen were hardworking and pleasant. They even did some touch up painting around windows. Having had previous stucco work by a different company (where the old stucco was totally removed down to the wood framing and replaced) I expected but didnâ t know exactly what this job would entail. This time they patched the cracks and covered the old wall with new stucco without removing the old stucco."
