He explained it would never need maintenance (as, of course, wood does), and all I'd ever have to do is just hose it down. None of the other people I interviewed for the job thought to suggest that, and one of them gave me an estimate of $1,500! I am very happy with the door; it's heavy-duty and looks just like wood. Tony, his son, and Cody were extremely, polite, professional, and helpful. They did the work in a timely manner and told me to be sure and call them it there were any problems. Felipe and his two man crew showed up on time, got to work and creatively overcame the kinds of unique challenges in a 100 year old building, on both projects, e.g., the front door had metal framing that had to be replaced; the pocket doors’ slider and molding were non-standard so replacements had to be adjusted to accommodate the old school sliding door. They focused on the work, finished early and were able to take on additional small projects at a reasonable price."

They were on time, and the renovation was delivered as scheduled or earlier. The best thing about this company that they worked at my house until the job was finished. They worked from Monday thru Saturday, approx. 8-10 hours per day. The crew are all experienced, polite, and listened well as work progressed. The cost was reasonable, right on our planned budget. "<strong>  I called for an estimate and they gave me a 2 hour time frame.  The technician was polite and professional but was 20 minutes late. ( after the end of the time frame)   I overlooked it and scheduled the repair.  The same thing happened on the day of the repair with no apologies.   It is a pet peeve of mine and it communicates to me that they think their time is more important than mine. You should be able to make it within a 2 hour time frame.    Time management guys!!  </strong> <br />"

I was able to find go key which said they were 24 hours and lo and behold they answered my call quickly. They were very polite and professional, they gave me a ETA of 10 mins and they stuck to their word. Once they arrived they were able to open my car door within less then 5 mins with no damage to my car. I would definitely recommend them to anyone"
