He went way above and beyond and washed other areas such as stone walls, decks and walkways to round out the cleaning. The product used does discolor and/or kill some leaves on bushes so that is a concern and more care should be given to rinse bushes and grass thoroughly. I would use Dharma again."

"I can't speak highly enough about this company. When I called to arrange an on site visit for an estimate, they showed up on time and listened to everything I had to say about the job. I was given a written quote on the spot (something I rarely see from contractors), so I offered them the job. To my surprise, he said he could get started the very next day (a Saturday) and that they would be able to finish the following Monday when the deck had dried off. They arrived to start the job when they said they would, and got to work right away. I was concerned I would need to move the stuff we have on the decks, but they told me they could simply move them to the side and then move them back when they were done. They did exactly that, and everything was put back to its original position when they were finished. They were power washing all day, and were very thorough. When they came back two days later, they again went to work right away rebuilding the stairs and water sealing the deck. The stairs look great! They even added a step so the bottom step could sit more securely on the concrete (it had been resting on a cinder block before being rebuilt). They advised to wait 1-2 days for the water sealer to dry before using the decks, we paid them, and they did a great job cleaning up when they left. I wish all contractors we hired were as efficient and straightforward as the people working at Melvin Power Wash. I will absolutely call on them again when my decks need maintenance, or if my house needs a wash."

"These guys are the hardest working crew Ive ever seen. Showed up every day at 7am and stayed until 7-8pm every night! I cant say enough about their work ethic. I have high expectations of how things are built and the final results. Id rather have quality work over saving a buck. I had multiple contractors out and narrowed them down and eventually chose WS Builders because of my interactions with Wlad right from the start. Very personable, great guy and listened to what I actually wanted and didnt just yes me to death. He knew exactly what I was expecting from the start and his guys blew away my expectations. We had been saving up for years for a new deck and Wlad and his crew were able to deliver. He offered different products and didnt try to push me towards the more expensive options and let me choose what I wanted. (we went with Trex but he gave us other options as well) He was always quick to respond whenever I had a question or wanted something changed because I wanted it to look a very specific way etc. He was here the day the materials were delivered to make sure they were put exactly where I wanted. He was very careful to make sure that my yard had the least amount of damage as I told him from the start that was one of my concerns. We now have an absolutely beautiful deck that will last longer than my home with the way it was constructed. I wanted it over built and they delivered. If I ever needed more work done in the future, Wlad would be the first guy I call. If you are looking for a great company to work with I highly recommend WS Builders!"
