"Top notch vikki had her guys here asap to check my old a/c unit out when the tech said it was gone that Monday the appraiser came out 2 days after that had quote and a week after that install in 1 day . "Jordan responded to my request immediately. He was able to come and replace our leaking hot water heater on a Friday evening. I was very thankful that he was able to replace it so quickly so that we didn’t have any mess or damage. Other people that I contacted either didn’t respond or wouldn’t come out until Monday morning. Jordan was responsive quickly, and he did an excellent job. He was professional yet friendly. We are extremely appreciative of his excellent work on a Friday evening that saved our basement from flooding!! Thank you 😊 We highly recommend Jordan!!"

"I was told that the fee to simply come into my house to assess my furnace (that was not working) would be $260 on a Wednesday afternoon... and I was told this fee would not be absorbed into the work if I chose to have it done. If this company charges such an exorbitant assessment fee, I could only believe they would inflate other fees as well. I hired another local company for half that fee to assess then repair my furnace. Shame on Heritage Home Service."
