When their team found unexpected old wood that needed to be replaced, they were able to pivot on a moment's notice and still finish the installation cleanly and on time. "On Top Roofing was great. Tim came to quote the work and asked what I wanted and offered excellent suggestions. He wanted to vent two bathroom fans out through the roof to reduce the moisture buildup in the attic. No other roofer even mentioned it. He also wanted to replace all drip edges and re-led the chimney. Several others wanted to reuse the exiting drip edges and led. Given all that his price was still very good. The job took two days. His crew was efficient and the roof looks great. There was a supervisor (Mike) on the job the entire time who ensured everything went well. They had one guy who did nothing but clean up constantly. So the yard and surrounding area was always clean. When they left they swept, rakes and picked up everything. Very professional and courteous team in the field and in the office (thanks Kelsey). All this and a 10 year workmanship warranty!!!"

"The roof was patched and I no longer have a leakage problem, I provided the wrong Shingles which were used unfortunately, and as a result the finished look is relatively poor, The company was very responsive and if they had the correct materials I'm sure the job would have been more than satisfactory. I need to remember it was a patch not a new roof. Try them, they came out between rain storms and fixed my leak."

"they replaced the shingles on top of a bay window where there had been an ice dam and added underlayment. The siding on the house is pre-colored Hardie board, while doing the work two of the Hardie boards broke. They replaced the broken boards with two primed but unpainted Hardie boards . They never asked if we had more pre-colored boards in the basement. We did! I asked them to make this right by pulling off the two unpainted panels and putting in the factory painted ones - The asked for an extra 650 which seems like a lot Before the job the communication was great, lots of pictures, but they did not say Hardie board is likely to break - which would would have gotten me to point out where the spares were After the wrong boards went up they were responsive and polite but not helpful The contract that i signed said they were not responsible for painting any siding, so they were technically right but they left me on my own"

"LCT did an excellent job. They arrived right on time and had a large number of roofers--7-8 men. They worked quickly and carefully, draping the entire house and making an effort to watch out for plants (though some damage to them is inevitable). James, the salesman, recommended that we install plywood over the entire roof in order to be sure to get all the warranties on our Certainteed shingles. He showed me where they require less than a certain size maximum opening between roofing boards, and also showed me the many places in our attic where there were spaces larger than allowed. That added about $2400 to our quote, but seems like a good investment. They stripped the old roof, installed the plywood carefully over every roofing surface, shingled and cleaned up in one work day. They returned the next day to install a flat rubber roof on our porch, also very well done. While all their work was excellent, we were a bit concerned that many of the laborers traveled in the back of their vans--which had no seats or seatbelts. Nonetheless, the workers reported liking working for this company, and that they were well-treated. Luis, the owner, called us soon after to see if we were happy with the work. Nice work, LCT!"

The damage was extensive involving chimney work, framing, roof, carpentry and gutters. Every step of the process was thoroughly explained by Ben and his team and the day of repair/install the crew worked together seamlessly and quality of the work was amazing and when they were done everything was cleaned up like they weren’t even there!
