"The job went excellent. Shay repaired about 100 lineal feet of fencing that had blown down. He placed new posts in new concrete. Did all new framing and even got me a great deal on the fence boards from a local supplier rather than paying over double at the big box stores. He really cares about doing a great job and is meticulous and makes sure everything is done right instead of trying to rush through it. "The day I began looking for help with my roof the owner of 101 Construction, LLC came out to view the project and gave me an estimate of costs involved. I had leaks in three rooms and rain was predicted for several days after his inspection. Chris called some workers off other jobs to quickly get the repairs completed before the coming rain did more damage. Chris and all the team are all friendly and polite folks. Chris and the team are very hard working and very knowledgeable re: their trade. Within a couple of hours the needed supplies were at my home and they were working like crazy to beat the rain. They replaced some roof vents and moved one to a better place on the roof. Two to four guys were working at all times. Within 5-6 hours they were through and had cleaned up everything. The new roof shingles blended in very well with the old. I was amazed that they could do so much work in such a short time. This is an excellent company. They finished just after dark and on budget. I whole heartedly recommend them to anyone. Their work is excellent and the roof looks great!
