They offered suggestions that improved the project. They had both the knowledge and the tools. I highly recommend them. They then completed a second project. They raised my water meter which had sunk. Once again, Louis and his helper knew exactly what to do and the finished job was excellent. These guys are prompt, willing and able contractors. We discussed drip vs in ground irrigation, agreed on a fair price then the work was scheduled and completed quickly. "Lucas Construction was a great experience. I fired the previous concrete co before Lucas on the third day-not enough equipment, staff, and only showed up when felt like it. Got an itemized estimate with several options and cost. They told me to think it over before deciding so I did for like 2 days. They were always on time, had plenty of staff, all the necessary equipment and asked questions when necessary. One side of the driveway needed a concrete curb to support the higher level of dirt that neighbor had-they did a great job on that too. Nice finish work-I chose aggregate bc sidewalks, and walkways at my place were aggregate. I just can't say enough good things about this group. I 'd hire them in a hot minute if I need more concrete work"

"Elias Contruction provided a detailed estimate after inspecting the roof and making some qualified recommendations. The project required a few change orders that were not clarified in writing. I would recommend hiring Elias if you get changes in writing. They cleaned up pretty well although they missed a few things due to finishing in the dark. Overall satisfied with the job and cost was 60% of other bids due to sheathing adjustment."
