I explained my situation and we set up a date and time. Ron came to my house, at the predetermined time and spent an hour of his personal time, walking around the exterior and then the lower level of my house processing all the information and concerns I had about moisture in and around my house, then assessing and formulating, in his expert opinion, the best plan of attack for my situation. After an hour or so, Ron told me about a company that he thought could definitely help me with my specific situation. Soon after Ron left my house he emailed me the company's website and I called and made an appointment for next week. Ron could have charged me, but didn't!!!
