"A good, solid roof from a good solid company! Cwanger has been an institution in the Cherry Hill area for generations. The company is being capably guided into the 21st century by Jeff Grimley, an associate and protege of the founding family. This is the second roof I have had done by this company, and I believe the third this home has had from Cwanger over the course of 60 years. (The former roof was due for replacement due to the age and appearance of the shingles, however it never leaked or needed repair--a testament to why I am loyal to this company.). Mr. Grimley is the only roofer I dealt with who had a confident, no-nonsense approach to our roofing needs. He guided us away from certain, more expensive options that we did not need, and towards the right roofing solutions for both longevity and proper roof ventilation. Cwangers was not the lowest estimate, but overall was a fair-market price for a company with a fine record and quality workmanship. The work crew also seemed very professional and satisfied in their endeavors. [I intentionally write this review several months after installation. The roof has come through several storms, including a recent wind storm with no problems, whatsoever.]"

"They start this Monday installing an entire wall on the north west side of my 2 story home, also the north wall had asbestos shingles about ten of them had to be removed to put a new window in with cement replacements that match the asbestos. They were very quick coming to my home to look over damage from fire in October 2024, they were very professional and honest good guys I am very happy with all that they are doing to help put my home back together. I am 72 years old I use to do this kinda of work and I can tell who's ok or a dud these guys have it together on the ball I feel like I have a lot of weight off my shoulders .I'm not able to handle doing this kinda work anymore because of my age. "Every home owner eventually needs (or will need) a new roof. Expense is one of the driving factors that usually determines the vendor BUT a more economical long range decision should be made based on quality. Quality of product, installation and service are essential components of this decision. This is why we chose to go with Power for our new roof and gutters. EVERY interaction with each employee was customer-centric. They patiently listened to our requirements and concerns and then offered effective solutions during and throughout the entire process. (The warranty was also the best available.) Power is a large company with multiple locations across the country, ours was headquartered in Maryland but the work was completed in Virginia. This geographic distance did not adversely effect the outcome. From the initial salesperson (who took the gutsy risk of letting me visit and talk with two neighborhood customers while he waited outside before signing our contract) through the schedulers, work execution and Quality Control final inspection we were well pleased. The work started on time and was completed on time. Numerous personal phone calls and visits by the Power inspectors provided us with the comforting conclusion that we made the correct choice for a truly professional contractor. With our 50 year labor and product warranty I doubt we will need to redo our roof in our lifetime BUT if we move we would definitely chose Power again! Check the Better Business Bureau reviews and complaints and you will easily see that Power is a responsive and reasonable company to work with. Need a new roof? Power is your answer."
