The only criticism I can make is I wish the clean up would have been better. I've been finding big chunks of concrete and pieces of metal all over the yard from the chain link fence they removed. "Montco was one of 3 fence installers we had out to give an estimate on installing a vinyl privacy fence in our yard. Bill (the owner, I believe) came and one of the first things he said was that we should just do wire along the back of the yard instead of vinyl since there is already a wall of evergreen trees there. It would save us a big chunk of money (probably about 2K) and also make the yard feel less boxed in. He was the only one of the 3 contractors to suggest this and it made us feel like he actually cared. He listened to our concerns about keeping the fence as low as possible to keep the dogs in and was the only contractor who seemed fully confident in his ability to get the fence installed on a sizable incline without stepping the panels."

"Work quality is good, but the fence is in the wrong spot. The sales representative and workmen were very thorough and friendly. On the day of the installation, I was given three separate messages; that the fence couldnt be placed, that the fence could be placed if alterations were made, and that the fence could be placed if the workmen rented a tool from Home Depot (2 miles away). I agreed to pay extra for the tool rental. I found out later that the fence was placed between 3 and 4 feet from my rear property line and the extra tool was not rented. I was given a quote to move the fence, but when I had the money to pay for the work, I was told that the company no longer serves my area. I am required by my township to maintain the 200-300 square feet that is isolated on the opposite side of the fence, so I will have to pay someone else a much higher rate to move it."
