The only criticism I can make is I wish the clean up would have been better. I've been finding big chunks of concrete and pieces of metal all over the yard from the chain link fence they removed. Overall it was a great job!"

The office staff is terrible, they didn't bother to call when they needed to reschedule due to weather and whenever I called they wouldn't call back. But don't let the lousy office deter you, the installers and quality of the work were well worth the hassle. "Work quality is good, but the fence is in the wrong spot. The sales representative and workmen were very thorough and friendly. On the day of the installation, I was given three separate messages; that the fence couldnt be placed, that the fence could be placed if alterations were made, and that the fence could be placed if the workmen rented a tool from Home Depot (2 miles away). I agreed to pay extra for the tool rental. I found out later that the fence was placed between 3 and 4 feet from my rear property line and the extra tool was not rented. I was given a quote to move the fence, but when I had the money to pay for the work, I was told that the company no longer serves my area. I am required by my township to maintain the 200-300 square feet that is isolated on the opposite side of the fence, so I will have to pay someone else a much higher rate to move it."
