He figured out an ingenious way to hoist the heavy door to the second floor, and very skillfully and quickly adjusted the frame to fit the door, and affixed the heavy-duty hinges. And for the first-floor door, he figured out a way to repair the existing frame (rather than replace it), thereby saving me hundreds of dollars. All the work was done to a very high standard by a skilled professional who worked quickly and efficiently. And the price-tag for all this was remarkably low -- only a third the price I'd been quoted by another local handyman firm. "I needed to repair the outside railing on the concrete stairs that lead into our house and had 3 other contractors come out, look at the job, give me an estimate and tell me the day that they would be there to fix it.  Unfortunately, none of the first 3 contractors ever showed up or called me back.  I then found Solutions Handyman on Google, called Ron set up an appointment, received a quote the next day and Ron showed up two days later to start and finish the work we talked about.  His prices were very very reasonable and his work was very good.  I will no longer attempt to complete small repairs or home improvements on my own.  It makes no sense when I can hire Ron at Solutions Handyman who has more experience.  I used to always tell my wife that I wish I had one person to call to take care of all of the little unexpected repairs for me, and now I have that person to call."
