Based on their stellar reviews and clean record with consumer affairs, I called Four Seasons to make an appointment and get an estimate for repair or replacement. Although it was Dec. 31, Bill showed up on time, something I have found lacking with other construction people over the years. He was cordial and knowledgeable, and not aggressively pushy. I felt comfortable. Having done my own research, I found his price to be reasonable, not the cheapest or the most expensive. My main interest was workmanship quality and over the years have found cheapest is not usually the best, nor is most expensive. His crew arrived within 10 days, and on time. Their work was one of the most professional I have ever seen. In fact, when they were finished, my property was cleaner than when they started. After they left, you wouldn’t even know they were there. The leak is repaired and the new roof is beautiful. I highly recommend them."

For it to be completely addressed I needed my kitchen cabinets removed, but I had to get my huge granite tops out first, plus they would have to store them for me. Hence after calling several companies that were either rude, never got back to me, or just weren't interested in the job because it wasn't a huge money maker for them I finally found this gem. They came the very next day...today in fact. The workers were just as nice & neat with their work. Eventually I will need another kitchen done which I never even mentioned to them, guess who's going to get my return business????? Great company"

"Was having the old roof on Mom's house replaced. Overall job went well and contractor cleaned up when done. However in fairness, I think the men could have been more careful during the job. I arrived on the scene on Day 2 to witness men throwing 4x8 sheets of plywood off the roof into a truck below, and occasionally onto the lawn. The truck was filled up and needed to be emptied, so the excess sheets would fall down and bounce out the truck onto the driveway below and sometimes the shrub beds. Some of these shrubs were 50 years old, and took a longtime to shape and grow.. One was smashed,and one tall sprinkler head was knocked crooked. The men didn't seem too responsive to me when I spoke to them, so, I called the owner(who was not on the scene at the time. He arrived the next morning and was able to straighten the sprinkler head, but, the shrub will have to be lived with. Not part of the original job quote."
