Sean spent 5 hours going over what was available, helping us to pick out the siding and gutters we wanted, making sure they could deal with a couple of special issues concerning our house, taking preliminary pictures and measurements, and explaining the whole process. Tom came to verify the measurements and to make sure all the items involved would work and to discuss the actual procedures for taking down the old siding and gutters and for putting up the new siding and gutters. Charlie, Manny, and their crew arrived on time to install the siding and were extremely professional and helpful in dealing with a couple last minute changes to the installation. "I had a small job and trouble finding professional help for my small job replacing the shingles on the roof of my wood garden shed -- 12x6 size. Once I removed the tools inside to prepare for their work, I realized I also needed the floor replaced. They completed both jobs within a few hours; they cleaned up afterwards, I am now prepared for keeping my lawnmower and other tools dry and ready for next season. They were a pleasure to work with. "5 star experience. I'd rate Gmart higher if I could! I don't write reviews, but this experience was as good as it gets. Our house is 40 years old and the exterior started to show signs of wear. Greg and his crew did a great job replacing our siding, fascia, soffit, window trim, gutters, downspouts, and gutter guards. We were lucky enough for our insurance to foot most of the bill due to hail damage, and Greg was wonderful at assisting us through this process, even helping us push our insurance company to approve more than their original estimate. We took this opportunity to not only replace what we had, but make upgrades (cedar porch ceiling, new front and back doors, and upgraded light fixtures) and transform the look and feel of our home. We interviewed 5 exterior companies for the job: 2 were focused on simply replacing what we had and I could tell they were not used to making upgrades, 2 were focused on making upgrades to exteriors (which was nice) but their quotes reflected this, but Greg at Gmart offered a great combination of getting the replacement job done right while offering design ideas/opinions to make our house look great, help us get the best bang for our buck, and avoid poor choices.......all at a great price. While working on the exterior, Greg and his crew pointed out ALL areas where our exterior wood was rotten, needed to be fixed (we had a 5 foot hole in the side of our house where mice were getting in, we had 2 areas of fascia that rotted which caused our gutters to sag, we needed insulation added to a section of our back wall, etc.). Getting those areas fixed offers me a piece of mind I did not expect to get out of this project - bonus! Greg's 2-3 man crew got the work done on time, and even accommodated a few changes (some for free, others for a cost we agreed to before-hand). They arrived in the morning and often were working until 6 - 6:30 at night, cleaning up each night. The crew worked on my house as if it was their own. They were respectful to us, our kids, and our home, and were great to work with. Greg visited the site daily, and talked us through the work performed that day, and the work to be done in the next few days (making sure we were able to give feedback when a decision needed to be made). At the end of the day, we're pinching ourselves. We love how our house turned out, not only because it looks great, but we know the house is set to last another 40 years, and it was all done at a reasonable price. Thanks Greg."
