"The crew of two arrived about 20 minutes early (7:40 for an 8:00 am start) and they proceeded to tour the house to get the overall feel of the job. I pointed out three stained glass windows that are too rickety to clean; they agreed. They started by removing all the screens and taking them outside to power wash with our hose. Then they used ladders to reach third and second-story windows, cleaning the outsides first. Then they did interior, then replaced screens. They managed to open some storm windows that no one had previously conquered, which was amazing. They were focused, efficient, and worked solidly for about 3.5 hours. The house looks so much better--unbelievable! I want to get this done every year now.

When the snow finally melted enough for us to see the back of the house we realized what happened and I sent an email to JLM as I use them to do my gutter cleaning and they do a great job. They came out an I was sent an estimate and was told if I wanted them to do the job to send in 1/2 of the money with my signed contract. So I sent it in with a check but didn't hear anything for a few weeks. I was worried that my check didn't get to them as it was never cashed. I sent a few emails and my husband called and left a voicemail. It turns out the between being very busy and the person in charge of scheduling being out sick they had not gotten around to the mail yet. Very happy that my check was there and that all was well. I was then scheduled for the following week. The crew showed up bright and early and did an excellent job of putting everything back together.

I only wish that they did more than gutter cleaning they do such good work and I could use them for more jobs around the house.
