"I'm very disappointed...I have a small SUV (Toyota Rav4) approx. same size as a car and was charged 15.00 upcharge from what I had already paid.  I got this deal because I used this provider about 1 yr ago and was very pleased with the service provided.  the interior was wiped down with wet cloth with no removal of scuffs. (Any on the market cleaner would have removed the scuffs and  one reason I got the deal was for a good interior cleaning.) My car did not have the usual dirt because I maintain it on a regular basis.  I don't feel the interior was given proper detail..  I have given this provider countless glowing recommendations to family and friends based on my previous good service..I will no longer recommend them nor will I use them again."

"Owner Matt Murphy was the first to quickly call when I searched for a roof repair. He met me the next day. I had a small repair that needed to be done, but it was 4 stories high on a small corner. Difficult and dangerous. I knew it was not a "normal" repair. He had to wait 3 or 4 days for the repair due to rain and wind, but with his coordination and keeping me informed, I had NO issues with that at all.
