"I hired Bat Masters to exclude my bats. He was professional, knowledgeable, and did a thorough and neat job sealing up the house. Unlike some other excluders, his trap-vents are attractive (and later removed). He also uses invisible sealants where they are visible. He stands behind his work, is local, and knows his stuff. I recommend highly. "

"Exceeded expectations. This treatment was of both a first floor rental apartment and basement in a fourplex apartment building. The tenant was bothered by seeing centipedes and, although no other insect problems have been reported in this building in the past 15 years, this was a habitability concern for her. From first contact with Plunkett's Pest Control, through treatment appointment, and billing, the process was smooth. The technician was on time, thorough, and enthusiastically answered questions from both me and also the tenant. (Two treatments, two weeks apart.) Recommended!"

"We got raccoons back and when we had the guy that closed the opening look at it he noticed some areas were missed as far as disposal. I let Mike know and he sent out Danny to inspect. Danny recleaned areas that were new and fixed the old under warranty since the area not cleaned may have caused the racoons to come back. He also gave me a discounted price to fix the opening in our soffit in a more permanent manor. I realize things can happen and mistakes made but Mike and Danny stood behind their work, then some."
