He came out later that morning to give an estimate after inspecting and I was extremely pleased with the estimate. While he was here, I had him look at the toilet in the secondary restroom and the fence that was leaning because I saw that he also did various handyman jobs and once again the estimate for all projects wasn't even half of what I was expecting to pay, He came back that afternoon to repair the roof, the fence and changed out the floater in the toilet.
