"Absolutely superior service from Mottco.  There was a hiccup in getting the job completed in a timely fashion but that was due to necessary stucco repair (as the flashing cut up under stucco) and needed coordination from a stucco professional.  Regrettably, this required finding and coordinating with a separate repair company which did not go as smoothly as hoped... but was in no way the fault of Mottco.
I called NUMEROUS roofing companies and interviewed no less than 4.  Mottco was by far the most professional and reliable of them all.

"This company began the process with a free visit and quote.  They thoroughly inspected our house from top to bottom, inside and outside.  The news was not good, in fact, quite unsettling. We apparently had been running a "bed and breakfast" for a host of clients: everything from roof rats to raccoons plus various little buggers.  Our ducts were hazards and our house was a toxic zone. 

Once the initial news soaked in and we able to process the information.  We realized why our family had been consecutively sick for so long-allergies, upper respiratory issues, and on and on.  We had been spending a sizable amount of money on doctors' visits, meds, and missing work/school days for our two young children, my husband, and myself.

Besides being absolutely disgusted and embarrassed, we were living in a "sick house."  The company did not have any openings for taking care of us until a week or so out.  But because we were in such a horrific state, they moved appointments around so we could be taken care of quicker.  Thankfully!!!

They said that could do all this work in one day but ended up taking two to do it due to the construction of our attic.  We have an older home and they had to pull up all the storage decking in the attic and remove the insulation with their hands.  Yikes!!  Extra work that we were not changed extra for doing.

We drove by our house to check on the process and it looked awful-men in haz-mat suits with long vacuum tubes sticking our our house, trash bags piled up in the yard, and other teams of men working on the exterior roof.  Quite a disturbing sight indeed!  I honestly did not think that all of that would be gone upon our return/reentry to the house.

The team came back the next day and finished all the work.  We returned later in the day and came home to unbelievably clean house inside and out.  All trash and rubbish was gone.  Our house was in pristine condition.  All items that had to be moved or rearranged to get to the work areas, were back in their proper spots.  (I will need to go up to the attic and do some personal rearranging and organization but that was to be expected.)

We are actually breathing easier and no one in my family is coughing.  We feel healthier already.  To quote my husband who stayed in the house overnight between the work days, "It was great to know that I was the only living thing in the house.  The Critter B&B is closed!"

The cost was a bit startling at first but their price is guaranteed and you can work out a payment plan.  We were in need of air duct cleaning and new up-to-code insinuation anyway.  This entire procedure costs us less than simply getting insulation.  We are to also see a cost cut in our utility bills as well.  Plus they guarantee their prices, give a warranty, and will follow up on the work, checking for any other critters for the next 5 weeks.

We are extremely happy with their work, their attentiveness, the workers, and the initial meeting.  We would highly recommend them to anyone in need of this service. They made a shocking and horrible situation easier to fix and prevent in the future.  Thank you for the peace of mind, the health of my family, and the overall good feeling and belief that there are companies that actually do care!"
