"We bought our house in 2012 in Montgomery County, MD. The roof was past its design life when we bought the place, and although there were no signs of leaks, we decided to put a new roof on the house in 2016 - better to get it done before problems arise than after. Central was great. I forgot to move my car out of the driveway the morning they were scheduled to start work but they managed to make things work anyway. My handyman happened to stop by while they were working and told me it looked like they knew what they were doing, which was comforting. The real proof, though, is my roof has been on the house for 4 years, including the wettest year on record here in the DC area, with no signs of leaks anywhere in the house. This may not seem impressive - roofs aren't supposed to leak. However, both my sister and parents have had new roofs put on their houses in the intervening years - they live several States away so could not use Central Exteriors. Both had leak issues after having the new roofs put on and had to have the roofer come back out to fix things - in my sister's case it took several return visits and some major work to make things right. Central Exteriors were price competitive with other roofing companies I consulted with, and gave me a 50 year warranty on the shingles and workmanship, which nobody else offered. I would not hesitate to hire them again. Very pleased."

"I have been placing calls and submitting application profiles for services to get a roofer to come out to my home and replace several shingles that were blown off the roof due to the recent high winds in Wash. DC. The companies I called were busy with other jobs and I wouldn't get services for up to 3 weeks. Then I read the reviews for this company on March 7 and liked the reviews and submitted the services needed. The next morning I got a call from Moses to schedule an appointment on March 14, however, I wanted the job to be done before March 14, due to the light snow/rain that was expected in the DC area. Then surprisingly on March 12 when I was at work, Moses called and informed me that he was at my house to start the work on the roof. I was so happy to hear his team were able to come out two days in advance of the scheduled date. Moses and his team assessed the issue and kept me informed of the work performed. Moses and his team did an excellent job on the roof and the extras done outside of the house was much appreciated; which Moses did not charge me for. "I would not hesitate to recommend - responsive, great communication, reasonable pricing. We had a disastrous roof flooding experience from a flat roofed dormer and needed it fixed quickly. As Roberto worked on the dormers he found significant water damage below the shingles, documenting it with photos for us. Although it cost more than the original estimate to replace the flat plywood sheaths and wood fascia, it was still reasonable and the work done was thorough and looks great."
