They were patient and professional, gave us a competitive price, had a ton of wood flooring options to choose from, and installed beautiful oak and walnut floors in several rooms of our new house. I recommend going into their store to look at the selection rather than just browsing online, because they have more samples there and it's easier to see the true color of the wood in person. District Floors Depot was also flexible when there was an unforeseen power outage at our residence, and was able to reschedule us and complete the work quickly in time for our moving date. Finally, they did a really good job cleaning up and the place was gleaming and spotless after they were done. I highly recommend them!"

"Pretty quick job, took about 3 days to install engineered hardwood floors in my basement. Some areas are separating a bit now, but I'll fill in those gaps with some filler. Cheaper than Empire and other company quotes. They ripped the previous carpeting out and hauled it away and did a good cleanup job. New stair flooring installed too. I'm quite happy with the work, minus the separation, but maybe that just happens when the floor settles?"

"Bought a home that needed top to bottom renovations, including almost 2000 sq ft of new hardwood, another 2000 of old hardwood floors/steps/banisters refinished, another 2000 of luxury vinyl installed, and carpet steps ripped out and replaced with hardwood. Of ALL our MANY contractors (tile, electric, painting, handymen, etc), Masood was the one person who's team showed when he said he would 100% of the time, did a great job the FIRST time (one crew ripped up old carpet and installed all the hardwood in ONE day, and another crew installed the vinyl in ONE day as well - honestly, I didn't think that much could be done in so short a time). He provided great pricing and wonderful service, advising me which flooring would be more durable and ordering in a flooring I liked best rather than pushing me into something easier to get. Masood is very easy to work with and made sure everything was done well. We had used him at a previous house and been happy there as well, but the new flooring in this house made a huge difference. "Brian from Torres flooring reached out to me immediately after I submitted my request, and quickly gave me a quote and did the repair that day! We had a small section of our vinyl floor cut out by our previous owners to install a wooden railing. We removed the railing and needed the flooring patched with some of the flooring we had stored away. I contacted so many floor companies who said the job was 'too risky' and declined the job, or told us we needed to replace the entire floor (for like $5k). "Diaz Painting also completed a construction project for us. We had an old brick fireplace that we wanted to convert to a gas fireplace with a new (granite) front. We asked several companies that do this kind of work (several of whom came from Angie’s List) for estimates. Only one company ever gave us an estimate - hand written and not easily understood. Diaz Painting had completed a large paint job in our home and I mentioned that we were looking for a company to demolish and rebuild our fireplace front. Diaz said that they could do this, and he submitted an estimate. His estimate was clear, delineating all work. His crew came on time, demolished the original fireplace front, rebuilt the front, added the granite, and rebuilt the wood surround. I’ve attached a picture of his work before the gas insert. Diaz worked with the company that was installing the gas insert to get the correct dimensions and the gas insert company was very complimentary of the work and dimensions of the fireplace front. They repainted the walls and trim as needed. Again, all furniture was covered, and they cleaned up at the end of each day. Their work was excellent. I highly recommend them for painting and construction."
