"We contracted with FenceMasters for a large (> 300 ft) shadow-box fence for our backyard, in preparation for a new pool. The City of Madison has some new, and quite strict, requirements for pool fences (Picket spacing < 1.75 inches; auto-close latches; height requirements etc). FenceMasters did a great job with the fence construction. They communicated with the city inspector to make sure they understood the requirements. The owner, Clint, came onsite three times to make sure the crew built the fence properly. I was impressed with his professionalism and communications."

The only downside with Affordable Fences is that they are not good at scheduling. They started about a week later than the scheduled date due to other unfinished projects, and they didn't show up several times when they were supposed to. If you are patient and flexible on time, however, you will love the end product."

"They had to grind out the surface of each crack and then apply the material used to seal them. This was during the coldest part of the year and the day after it rained. His crew came back out a couple days later when it was dry and reapplied a self leveling material to all the cracks. His work was acceptable and it looks as good as it can without completing resurfacing the entire deck. His crew was professional and extremely competent. I would recommend him and if I ever need his services again, I wouldn't hesitate to call him."
