"I had called 4 roofing companies and got none of my calls returned. I hired a contractor finally. After waiting 6 months on the contractor I hired who kept putting me off a friend called 1stop for me. They were out at the exact time they said they would be. The estimate was a few 100 dollars more than my previous estimate but after waiting 6 months I didn’t care. One guy came out to do the job which took 2 days. That was the quietest worker and he cleaned up the work area very well even putting a tarp down to collect debris. I would hire this company again. Work was good, cost very reasonable,"

My understanding is that he's been in business for a very long time, and many of his workers have been with him for years. He was very helpful with picking the right color, and he had other suggestions for things I had not thought of. I asked for and received 3 or 4 estimates back in the early spring, and then another 3 this winter. Of those 6 or 7 quotes, Mr. Taylor impressed me the most, with the added bonus of his price being the most reasonable. Two or three of the quotes were very close to being the same, so my decision came down to who I thought was most likely to do the best job. The work was done quickly and professionally, and my new roof looks great. I had short interactions with a couple of his workers, and they impressed me as knowledgeable and hard working.
