"Making an inspection appointment was very easy, and the inspection happened quickly. I was not prepared for the information about maintenance needs for metal roofing. Nobody tells you metal roofing requires maintenance when they sell it to you. So all the photos and information was vitally important. With that information, we made a well informed decision to get our surprised maintenance done asap. It took some time for our supplies that were ordered to arrive, which doesn't surprise me at all with our wonky home. Once everything was in, the job was scheduled and completed in 2 days. The difference between the minimal materials that were on the roof, and the materials being installed was a HUGE impact. We feel like our roof is definitely secure now. Local businesses are always the best way to go. They know the weather for the area, and how to keep your roof operational for many years. Highly recommend this company. They are our go-to for all things roof related."

"SunPro scheduled my appointment and their in house crew showed up on time and installed my panels professionally. Later that day their electrical crew connected my panels to my existing electrical panel. Everyone whom I've dealt with with this company has been helpful and knowledgeable.  Everything was clean, complete and I'm happy with the job.

"They did a very good job with the roof and the addition that came off the house and covered the deck. The only reason I gave them a B rating for quality instead of an A has to do with the finishing touches on the addition. All around the house the soffit fascia is covered in white sheet metal. When they finished the addition, which follows the roof line of the back of the house. They left it with bare, untreated wood. They don't use treated lumber because it reacts with the metal roofing and some corrosion may result. That's fine, but they should have at least covered it so that it tied in with the rest of the roof line. As we did our final inspection, I asked about the wood being treated and he explained why they don't use it. I said " so I guess I'll have to cover it?" He said that I would. I was leaving town on business in a couple days and had a lot going on, so I guess I just didn't think to put my foot down and insist they do it. Here in Mobile, Alabama we are the wettest city in the nation. We get more annual rainfall than Seattle, and it's humid. Wood rot happens.I went and bought some Thompson's Water Seal, and some sheet metal and took care of it myself. I have some pictures, but I don't see how to post them on this review page. The workers were very polite and cleaned up very well each day.

"I was upstairs and I heard a lot of noise and the house started shaking. There were cracks inside the house. I asked what happened and they said the jack slipped. After that they said everything was good, looked level. They were supposed to redo my front steps by tearing the whole thing down and reconstructing it, but they talked me into just letting them fill in the area under the stairs with concrete and they did a sloppy job as fast as he could so they could get paid and be done with the projects. Now water gets under those area he filled and goes into the foundation. The hand railing is also not secured well to the concrete and I requested the redo that. I realized after they were done that the house was not level by the garage door. They hired a person to install a new door and he had real trouble getting the old one taken down and then had trouble with the install as well. The crew did not clean up after themselves at all. My niece and I spent 5 hours cleaning up all the bricks and concrete. One day they left my front door open and my house was filled with concrete dust everywhere. I called them several times to ask them to come out and look at the spot above the garage that was still sagging. They would tell me they were going to come out once they get more work in the area, but never came. A few months ago he said I never complained or called him. He still hasn't been out here to look at the house and I don't think he's planning on it. The last time we talked he said he was going to call before he came out but I haven't heard from him. I was responsible for repairing the drywall crack on the interior, but was assured there wouldn't be many, however, there are huge cracks all over the house."

The repair was awesome.  He said the repair would sometime next week.  I didn't even know the repair had been done until I received a text letting me know they were finished.  It would be so great if we could trust everyone to do the job quickly and easily, like the Cobalt guys.

This company was not only the most affordable, but offered us a better quality window, and with perfect service. They were faster than we had originally agreed, and went out of their way to protect our home inside and out. "I called Patch Adams when I noticed that there was a wet spot on my kitchen ceiling.  I wanted to see what it would cost for a new roof.  They came right out...within one hour of my phone call they were at my home. They did a thorough inspection of my roof, and of my attic.  They also gave me an estimate for a new roof to be installed.  The price they quoted was $5900 (with change) for one type of shingle, and $6100 for another type of shingle.  Along with a "chimney repair".  I thought it was high but told them I would call them back after I had received several other quotes.  I also had asked them if it looked like there was any wind or hail damage, to which they replied no.
  Another company (Sta Dry) came out the following week and inspected everything.  Their quote was  $500 less, but they indicated that there was some wind/hail damage, and I could possibly qualify for a new roof just by paying my deductible on my homeowners policy.  Sta Dry sent someone who was there when my insurance company sent an adjuster, and was with him the entire time.  I did end up getting a new roof and having to pay just the deductible as a result of Sta Dry's efforts.  I was very glad I had called them!
