Nobody tells you metal roofing requires maintenance when they sell it to you. So all the photos and information was vitally important. With that information, we made a well informed decision to get our surprised maintenance done asap. It took some time for our supplies that were ordered to arrive, which doesn't surprise me at all with our wonky home. Once everything was in, the job was scheduled and completed in 2 days. The difference between the minimal materials that were on the roof, and the materials being installed was a HUGE impact. We feel like our roof is definitely secure now. Local businesses are always the best way to go. They know the weather for the area, and how to keep your roof operational for many years. Highly recommend this company. They are our go-to for all things roof related."

"The contract session was with Stephan Boyer. He was very through and informative. We knew exactly what we were getting and what to expect. Chris Renda and his crew showed up as promised. They showed up with all materials and immediately started work. The crew took no breaks and barely took time for lunch.. Chris Renda kept us infomed of everything going on.He found that our dormers had not been wrapped or waterproofed so he removed all the siding and began wrapping and waterproofing the dormers for us! The crew took 5 days of hard nonstop work installing our beautiful new patina green metal roof. We are completely satisfied! !

Heard an advertisement for Sunpro on radio and decided to call them; turned out to be a good decision. Kara with Sunpro was extremely informative and had a nice package put together for us to review. She even researched our home and had an idea of how much production we could expect with the recommended solar panels. Even after selecting Sunpro, I called Kara with questions about things I'd heard from others or something I forgot to ask. "David Francis showed up on time in his bright Cobalt blue truck, pulled out his telescoping ladder and walked about the roof. He inspected the roof all over, caulked a few spots, and flattened a vent boot corner that had curled up in a recent storm.  He came inside to look at the water stain, and explained that it was probably from a torrent of water going down the roof valley a couple of feet away with some small amount driven under the shingles by the wind. (This makes sense to me because the stain appeared after a harsh storm with unusual easterly winds on Oct 10-11, while no further water damage appeared after major storms the following week with westerly winds.)
He was happy to explain what he was looking for in terms of roof condition and construction methods, and what makes for a good roofing job. He would have recommended painters to deal with the water stain had I asked him.
I was happy with his prompt response in scheduling the inspection, and his punctuality and professionalism.  I didn't rate the price because it was an Angie's List Big Deal, nor the quality because the repairs were so minor. It was well worth the $49 for peace of mind.

"The initial visit was thorough and explained all problems. Two different estimates were emailed to us, one for the bracing and one for possible pier placement in one corner. We emailed the contract for the braces and within days, measurements were taken. The next week, a crew of three bolted the braces in place and caulked the stress cracks. All of our questions were answered completely and in language we could understand. The workers were efficient, friendly and helpful. They moved two large shelving units away from the wall and then returned them to their original positions. They also moved some other heavy items we could not move by ourselves and replaced them. We are extremely pleased with the work and the price was reasonable (they were here all day). If placing piers is necessary, they will definitely be the people we call to do the work. They even gave us some tubes of brick pointing material to use on the outside of the house where water had worn away the mortar. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

"The personnel working the project were  the most professional, courteous, and efficient we have ever used.  The entire job took about 3 days.  They cleaned up after them selves as they completed portions of the work and the supervisors inspected our property every evening before they quit.  Additionally, the took down, painted the 20-plus storm windows a matching color, and reinstalled each storm window.  All in all, they did an outstanding job and I would recommend them for any outside painting job.

"They came it and looked at my fire place cleaned it out.  Checked the inside and outside and seal the outside first.  They seal the outside and told me not to burn anything in my fire place until I had the fire place seal on the inside.  I plan to call them soon and have them seal the inside.

"The provider requested OK from Choice Warranty and he was denied. It rained last night and rain came into my home. It could have been avoided if Choice had just approved what I requested. Now, the damage will be greater than necessary. I blame Choice home warranty for my home damage. Now it will cost mote than a simple tarp could have prevented until I could get money to repair roof. The provider was great and tried his best to get something done to my roof but Choice Warranty was horrible and no help. They get a "zero" from me"
