"Overall, I was pleased with their work and professionalism.  We had issues during the installation as there was a mix up in communication between us and them on the exact color of the sashes that we ordered.  However, that was probably a lot of our fault as well.  They worked with us that day to figure out a go forward plan that was acceptable to both parties.  I thought the Windows they installed and their work were top notch.  They were really good at communicating with us and where there when they said they would be there.  Would definitely use them again and would consider using them for a new house as well instead of relying on builder grade windows and installation issues.

David arrived on scheduled time and went over the contract to make sure the work estimated was what was being planned. He was nice to my barking dogs. He communicated effectively when he was running late (e.g. when he had a flat tire). He used quality paint and materials. "We are so thrilled with the job that Pro Building Solutions did for us.  Sam and his crew did an excellent job on both of our patios.  His crew was so professional.  They showed up when he said they would be there, they were neat and cleaned up before they left.  Sam provided us with a detailed invoice of what the cost would be and there were no surprises.  We wanted to get our own materials so Sam provided us a detailed list of everything we needed.  He will provide the material if the client prefers,  Sam was the crew lead when our wood floors where installed a few years ago and he was the first one we thought about when we were ready to do our patios.  We had approx 2500 sq ft of maple wood flooring installed by Sam and is crew and we did not have one single issue with the installation.  We HIGHLY recommend Pro Building!"

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."

"The installation team(owner and one employee) knew one another and has installed the same windows over and over again so everything was installed perfectly. They placed drop clothes in the areas they worked on and cleaned up with a shop vac and nothing was damaged. Meadow Exteriors is a small company but in my opinion their aim is to be the best not the biggest company. I am very pleased with their results. I paid half down when I signed the contract ($7500) and it took about a month before my windows were ready. I highly recommend this company.
