I provided a couple of replacement shingles.  He patched the damage and glued the replacement shingles with a tar substance.  The job was finished in about 15 minutes.  He checked the roof for additional damage when asked.  A minimum charge for a service call applied.  I was pleased with the service and professionalism of the roofer.

"Material was deliver & after a weeks weather delay job started with foreman arriving early to verify all materials were on site. Crew showed up on time, reviewed job with foreman & got set up & right to work on my small re-siding job. I had removed old siding so new siding install & cleanup was done in 4 Hrs. Foreman reviewed finished work & wanted to add more caulking & crew came back the same day to complete. Product was good quality & install was per manufacturer. Extra material was removed in a couple of days"

Andy come to our home to look at our remaining windows, get us set up with new windows, & schedule the installation. Instead of just focusing on the remaining windows needing replacement he first checked the windows that had been replaced last year. "The mold was removed.  However, the contractor was supposed to replace some insulation that was removed for cleaning. That
 insulation has not been replaced.  Also, a roll of carpeting was taken from the basement after he was instructed to not take it away.

In phone calls and texts he had informed me that he had the roll of carpet and would return it and re-install the insulation, and has yet to do so several months later.

I would not recommend this contractor.
