"Same day leaky water heater replacement on a Saturday"

"They were very prompt, polite, and professional. My water heater was in a tricky spot . He ended up needing to disconnect a few things related to my furnace as well. They did it without charging me anything extra and When they were done, everything looked and worked great."

"Albert Castillo found the problem with my water softener. He is researching solutions to the problem."

"Gabriel Nieto of GN Plumbing did a fine job. He was able to visually detect a leak where the line from the propane tank enters the house, and pressure tested the gas line from the propane tank to the house to confirm the leak. With the help of his assistant, he repaired the line (replacing worn out portions of the line) within a couple of hours, confirmed there were no other leaks in the line (via additional pressure testing), and re-lit the gas furnace and water heater. Only complaint is the extreme expense ($890)."

"He was very clean, very courteous and very knowledgeable about plumbing. He explained everything he was doing and why. He shows up on time as well. He has good contractors for projects outside of plumbing that he can refer to us as well."

"Called Trio Heating on a late Friday afternoon and they sent out two technicians (Jose & Dallin) the next morning to fix a gas heater that would not turn on. Their communication from beginning to end was great. They sent me a text 45 minutes before their arrival time and I was able to track their ETA which was extremely helpful. They explained to me what the issue was. I was able to run out and buy a new thermostat for them to install. They did a great job, cleaned everything up and put everything back together. They also typed up everything they worked on and took multiple detailed photos of the unit and emailed 10 minutes after they left. I think what they charged was extremely reasonable for the quality of work. I really appreciated not being charged a higher fee for coming out on a weekend. Will definitely use them again for my HVAC needs!"

"The work they did was not only effective, but also it was aesthetically pleasing. They are nice and they do great work. They get the job done on a timely manner. I highly recommend this company for all and any plumbing necessities 10 times out of 10!!"

"Aleman Plumbing contacted me right away for an appointment to look at my water heater. Their quote was advantageous compared the the other I received and they were able to schedule the work immediately.
