In this kind of work, normally you would expect to have two or more people to work on these tasks. However, Rolando Bay Area only has one person to do the job. Therefore, he only performed about half of the tasks and has promised few times to come back to finish the job, but has failed to do so. It has been more than a month now. I have fully paid for the service, so I guessed Rolando Bay Area has no reason to come back to finish the job. I am out of money with half the job done. "
