"Elsy ( I believe she was the plumber from your company via Angi) arrived as scheduled, on Saturday, 09/28/2024. She attempted to repair my garbage disposal unit but was unable to do so as the unit's wiring was worn out. I advised the unit is 40 yrs old. She recommended to purchase a new one. We made a trip together to the local Home Depot store and I purchased the same brand s she recommended. She installed it in record time (within the 2.5 hrs) and completed the job. "Superior plumbing has saved the day for me on countless occasions. I hit a sewer pipe with a lawnmower because it was sticking out of the ground and hidden by overgrown grass. I didn't know what it was, and sewage started coming out a few days later. I had another plumbing company come out and quote me $30k for a sewer lateral. I then had Superior Plumbing come out since they had recently installed a sewer lateral for my parents' house for much less. They said a piece of the pipe fell into the pipe, causing it to clog. They pulled out the piece, then cut the pipe to the ground and put a concrete cap that said "sewer," so I wouldn't hit it with the lawn mower again. It cost $1700 instead of $30k! Last week, the landscapers hit the cast iron sewer pipe coming from the bathroom outside. I immediately called Superior Plumbing, and they came out in 30minutes, as luckily they were close by. They addressed the issue and returned a few days later to replace the pipe with PVS, which proved to be very affordable. I then had them return to strap pipes under the house and install a water pressure regulator, as the water pressure was 95 when it should be 60.
