"Ben Hawpe (owner of Hawpe 2 It Property Services) responded to my initial query within a day, and scheduled a visit the same day. He quickly drew up a detailed estimate, which was very clear as to the work to be completed, the materials to be used, and the costs of both materials and labor. We scheduled the work about 2 months out - due to my planned travel schedule. When the day arrived, Ben and his crew (3 assistants) showed up right on time and completed the work within 2 days as promised. They were all very professional, and very attentive to any comments/questions I had. My wife and I are thrilled with the quality of the completed project, and have been happy to have several neighbors stop by and say how nice things look. We enthusiastically recommend Hawpe 2 It Property Services to anyone in need of fencing installation or repairs or other "outside-wood-work projects"! Ben delivered a high quality job for a very fair price. I look forward to dealing with him again in the future. Two thumbs up!"

"THIS COMPANY WAS PROFESSIONAL AND THEY DID A GOOD JOB ON BUILDING THE GATE. THE ONLY COMPLAINT I HAD WAS THAT THEY DEMOLISHED THE OLD FENCE ON THURSDAY AND DID NOT GET THE NEW FENCE UP UNTIL AT LEAST THE FOLLOWING WEEK. THOSE OF US WHO HAVE PETS HAD A HARD TIME KEEPING THEM IN OUR YARDS. A TEMPORARY NETTING MIGHT HAVE BEEN GREAT TO KEEP OUR PETS FROM STRAYING. OVERALL WE ARE VERY HAPPY WITH THE GATE, FENCE AND PRICE OF THE GATE."

His crew was also polite. The construction of the fence is high-quality as it's sturdy and just what we wanted. I wouldn't hesitate to hire Trophy Fence again if needed."

"The first job, in all aspects, went terrifically well. Brian, the company owner, came to our house within a couple days for an estimate. Subsequently, he went with us to pick out brick for the columns and the finish for the wrought iron. They scheduled the install for a few weeks later and showed up on time for the install, which went well. There was only one problem where they attached the fence at the wrong place to one pillar, but they came back a corrected this. We are very pleased with the whole fence and have had many compliments from our neighbors. It has added a lot to our property. The second job was also well done and in a timely fashion. Brian went back to California and things have fallen apart on the third job which has now dragged on unfinished for over two months. Corey came out for the estimate quite promptly, but then it took several weeks and several emails and phone calls to get the final estimate. It came in at 25% higher than the range we had been given. When we questioned this, the answer was that some costs had gone up 3%. When we decided it was to costly, the price came back down. We accepted the estimate and paid the invoice; It took over 3 weeks and agaqin multiple requests to get an acknowledgement of the payment. Now, 6 weeks later and many emails asking when the handrail will be installed, we are still waiting. Overall, if Brian is on site overseeing jobs, organization and communication, I would highly recommend the company for responsiveness, quality and price. Now, however, I would not use them again; communication is so poor and I am unwilling to repeatedly have to chase after people to see when the next step might be completed. I even delayed writing this review hoping for a better outcome. Communication is key to good customer relations"
