"We hired Plymouth Meeting Nursery to completely transform the exterior landscape of our 100+ year-old home, where we live with our three young children and our ever-faithful golden retriever. As a licensed landscape architect, we approached this project with high standards and were looking for a contractor who offered fair, transparent pricing, excellent craftsmanship, and timely execution. From our first meeting with Tyler, who provided us with a detailed estimate and walked us through every step of the process, to the final transformation of our front and back yard, we have been thoroughly impressed. Initially, our front yard and driveway were plagued with weeds, worn-out mulch, and overgrown bushes desperately in need of trimming. The backyard presented an even larger challenge, with an overgrown garden neglected for over four years and two large fig trees requiring attention. The team at Parkyn Landscaping tackled these issues with expertise and professionalism. They started by removing the smaller, unhealthy fig tree and clearing out all debris. They then filled in the lawn with fresh soil, adjusted the grading for better drainage, and meticulously planted new grass seeds, ensuring to cover them with straw and providing us with detailed watering instructions for optimal growth. Along the side of our house, they planted small boxwood shrubs that promise to enhance our yard's aesthetic once they mature.
